Bangkok Restaurants Bangkok is an international city, and nowhere is that made clearer than in its restaurants. A vast range of gastronomic delights is available in many different presentation styles, from bustling café to the "grand experience." Food at the most basic level is available from stalls you'll find on almost every street corner. This is where the locals eat, and the standards are much higher than strangers might think. At the other end of the scale Bangkok has international restaurants of the highest order and employing first-class chefs. In between is everything from small restaurants to vast dining halls, places where dress standards apply, and others where almost anything goes. And, of course, the price range is almost infinite. We have not given many price guides because the final bill will depend very much on what you eat and, more specifically, what you drink. Most European-style restaurants also have a Thai menu
